Appointments and referrals
The Unit has appointments available on demand and accepts self funding and insured patient referrals.
The initial consultation fee is £140 for all patients. Further treatment costs will be explained in full to all non-insured (self-funding) patients.
Please be aware that some medical insurance providers require a standard letter of referral from your GP to get reimbursement.
Medical insurance
Mr Cozens is Consultant Podiatric Surgeon recognised by all of the major medical insurance providers and is a BUPA Consultant Partners.
His specialist codes can be found in his personal profile.
Non-medically insured (self-funding) patients are treated with all costs quoted and explained at the initial consultation.
Directions to the Day Surgery Unit
- From Bracknell head East towards Ascot on the London Road (A329)
- Turn first left at London Road roundabout (Johnson & Johnson roundabout) onto Bay Road towards Bullbrook Turn first right (about 30 yards from roundabout) and park. There is free parking on road and two car parks on the right. See bottom map The entrance gate to the Day Surgery Unit is opposite the parade of shops to the right of the thatched cottage
